Returns

You may return unused and unopened test kits within 14 days of delivery.

Each test kit is sealed with a tamper-proof safety label. Once this seal is broken, the item is considered used and is excluded from return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note:

• Opened or unsealed test kits cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations
• Personalized services (e.g. lab tests using submitted samples) are excluded from withdrawal under EU consumer law (Art. 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU)

Right of Withdrawal (EU consumers only)

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you designate) receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision via a clear statement (e.g. by e‑mail).

Effects of withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs due to a non-standard delivery method), without delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation notice.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide proof that you’ve sent them back.

Returning Submitted Materials

If you wish, we can return your submitted sample material (e.g. clothing) after lab processing.
The return fee is €15 per item. The return shipping address may differ from your billing address.

Please note: We can only return materials to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland.

Submitted items from other countries will be safely disposed of after testing.
